Cake Designs

Orders must be placed in advance where possible. We will try to fit in last minute requests.
To order you will need to know, how many people the cake will be for.
Payment is required upon booking/ no later then two weeks before the cake is due - which can be done via the website, bank transfer (on request or cash in advance.
If your order is not paid in full, the cake will not be made.
We do not operate a deposit or part payment system.
If you are not sure of what you want, you have two options.
1. You can give us a few details and we can design a cake for you.
2. You can source some images and e-mail them to us. This will give us an idea of the style and theme you are looking for.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not copy these images due to copy right law. We can make you something similar but not the same. 
As with anything once you begin to put things together slight adjustments may be made e.g; ribbon colour, this is so we know that cake looks good when it leaves us.

If you cancel your order more then two weeks before the cake is due then you will recieve a full refund, providing any special items for the cake such as toppers and figurines have not been ordered. If they have this amount will be deducted from your refund total.
If you want a refund as you are not happy with the product then you must return the cake to us to recieve a refund. 
We will not refund a cake that has been eaten or thrown away. 
All cakes are tested and checked before they leave the kitchen so it is very rare that there is a problem.
We do not refund if it doesn't suit your pallet. All of our cakes are gently infused with flavours so, if you require a strong taste let us know when you book.
We are a bake to order service.
We ask that you do not come to see us as we are not a shop.

If we do not answer the phone, please leave a clear message with your name and telephone number and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Delivery & Collection

Collection:  By appointment only. Please arrange a time when you make your booking. Please remember that we have deliveries and other collections too, so please try to collect on time :-)
Delivery: Delivery is available Free of charge to the Fulham SW6, Hammersmith W6 and Putney SW15. Please ask for delivery prices when placing your order.
Delivery times will be given in a two hour slot. If we can give you a more specific time we will :-)
